Dressage Dancers was established in 2000. Carol Hopkins, the owner and main instructor, has been assisting riders since the early 1980s but became a full-time dressage instructor in 2000.

Several years of riding experience showing on the hunter/jumper "A" circuit in the late 1970s got Carol into the world of showing horses. In 1987, she turned her attention to dressage and she has been involved in the sport since.

In 1994, Carol met Bryan Beymer, and started taking riding lessons from him. Bryan helped Carol advance the level of her dressage performance while working with her to also improve the skill of her horses. In 2007, they began working together to train a young horse, Zaire, in the dressage discipline.

Carol and Bryan are an excellent training team and they can help any rider dramatically improve their horsemanship and their dressage skills.
